A couple planning their dream outdoor garden wedding at Larz Anderson Park in Brookline needed portable restroom facilities that matched the elegance of their celebration. • Terrain mapping — the park's hillside topography required careful positioning to ensure level placement and ADA-compliant approach paths
• Photography zones — identified the ceremony backdrop, cocktail hour area, and reception tent locations to position units completely out of frame
• Power access — luxury trailers require electrical connections; we planned generator placement behind a hedge line
• Access route — mapped the delivery truck path to avoid the formal garden areas and protect the manicured grounds
• Guest flow — positioned restrooms between the cocktail hour and reception areas for maximum convenience

The Solution

We created a discreet, elegant restroom setup with 10 total units designed to feel like a natural extension of the wedding venue:

• 2 × Luxury Restroom Trailers — each featuring climate control, vanity mirrors, hardwood-style flooring, flushing toilets, running water sinks, ambient lighting, and premium amenity baskets; positioned behind a landscaped hedge line near the reception tent
• 4 × Standard Porta Potties — positioned in a service area for catering staff, band members, and vendors
• 2 × ADA-Accessible Units — one near the guest luxury trailers and one near the service area, both on level plywood platforms with accessible paths
• 4 × Portable Hand Wash Stations — two near the luxury trailers (decorative style) and two near the service area units
