These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Purefy Porta Potty Rental Boston website and portable restroom rental services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Purefy Porta Potty Rental Boston provides portable restroom rental, delivery, servicing, and pickup services throughout Boston and Greater Boston, California. Services include standard porta potty rentals, ADA-accessible units, construction site rentals, event rentals, wedding rentals, and festival rentals.

2. Rental Agreement

When you book a rental with Purefy Porta Potty Rental Boston, you agree to:

• Provide accurate delivery location information and ensure the site is accessible for our delivery vehicles
• Use the portable restroom units only for their intended purpose
• Not relocate, modify, or tamper with any rented equipment
• Keep the area around the unit clear and accessible for servicing
• Notify us promptly of any damage, maintenance needs, or issues

3. Delivery and Pickup

Purefy Porta Potty Rental Boston will deliver units to the agreed-upon location during the scheduled timeframe. Delivery and pickup times are estimates. We will make reasonable efforts to meet scheduled times but are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All quotes provided by Purefy Porta Potty Rental Boston are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
• Pricing includes delivery, pickup, and standard servicing as agreed upon
• Additional charges may apply for extended rental periods, excessive damage, or special requests
• Payment is due upon delivery or as agreed in your rental contract

5. Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery will receive a full refund of any deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. Damage and Liability

The customer is responsible for any damage to rented equipment beyond normal wear and tear. This includes but is not limited to:

• Vandalism or intentional damage to units
• Damage caused by improper use or unauthorized relocation
• Damage from third parties at your event or job site
• Theft of units or components

Purefy Porta Potty Rental Boston is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use of our portable restroom units, except where caused by our negligence.

7. Site Requirements

The customer must ensure:

• The delivery location is accessible by our trucks (minimum 10-foot wide, level access)
• The placement area is on level, firm ground
• Required permits have been obtained for public locations
• The site complies with all local regulations regarding portable restroom placement

8. Servicing

Regular servicing (cleaning, restocking, and waste removal) is included as specified in your rental agreement. Additional servicing may be arranged at an extra charge. Access must be maintained to units for scheduled service visits.

9. Environmental Compliance

Purefy Porta Potty Rental Boston complies with all federal, state, and local environmental regulations regarding waste handling and disposal. Customers shall not dispose of hazardous materials, chemicals, or non-human waste in our units.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Purefy Porta Potty Rental Boston's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total rental fees paid for the specific rental giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Greater Boston, California.

12. Changes to Terms

Purefy Porta Potty Rental Boston reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page.
